List your boat party, villa, activity or table with us and we put you in front of those groups while they plan. When a group books you, they pay you direct and we take a small commission on that booking. No listing fee, no exclusivity, no lock-in.

    Send your rates, your availability and what makes the experience good. We list it in your own words and photos, or write it up with you.

    We put you in front of the right groups

    Your listing shows when a group is planning a trip that fits, in the destination and on the dates you cover.

    They book, they pay you direct

    The group books through Sync Us and pays you straight away via Stripe. You keep the customer and the relationship. We take our commission on the booking, nothing more.

What you get

  • Free to list. No upfront fee and no monthly charge. You pay only when a group actually books.
  • Groups ready to decide. Our users are mid-plan and choosing where to spend. Every listing sits inside a real trip, next to the vote and the wallet.
  • You keep the customer. The booking is yours. We pass the group to you and settle your payment direct, and we stay out of your relationship with the guest after the sale.
  • Paid direct, never pooled. Payment reaches you through Stripe on the booking. We never hold your money to pay you later.
  • Single components only. We list your boat, your table or your villa on its own. We never bundle it into a package, so there is no package-travel exposure for you or for us.
