Booking intermediary
Sync Us acts as an intermediary, or as agent for the supplier, and never as principal. We link to third-party suppliers for tickets, accommodation, boat parties and activities, and where a booking is made through Sync Us the supplier remains the seller. Your payment settles to the supplier and is never held by Sync Us as principal. We do not sell package holidays. Any booking, payment, cancellation or dispute is governed by the terms of the relevant supplier.
