What to read before you commit
Read the booking terms in full before paying a deposit, whoever you book with. As of July 2026 The Stag Company's published terms include a price recalculation clause if group numbers drop, and its group portal opens the full itinerary once payment completes. Know the balance dates, the cancellation window and what happens to the per-head price if someone pulls out, and share those terms with the whole group, not just the organiser.
How Sync Us differs
Sync Us is free and is not an operator. The group votes on what to do, every listing shows its price where one exists, and each person pays the supplier direct.
