What happened
Groupia Ltd, which traded as GoHen and StagWeb, entered administration on 16 June 2026. The two brands are now part of Funktion Leisure Ltd, and both websites are live and taking new bookings. Each carries its own notice for bookings made before 16 June 2026, which is the right first stop for anyone in that position. Sync Us cannot tell you the status of your booking, and how you recover any money depends on how you paid it, so check with your card provider or bank and with the administrators. Your money is a matter for them. Your trip is a matter for the group, and that is where we can help.
What Sync Us does instead

- Can I get a refund?
- Your money is a matter for the administrators and your payment provider. Sync Us cannot recover an operator payment for you, but it is free to plan the trip again here. There are three routes to check, in this order. If you paid any part by credit or debit card, ask your bank about a chargeback or a Section 75 claim, quoting the administration date of 16 June 2026. If your booking paperwork names a bonding scheme such as ABTOT, claim through that scheme using the reference on your confirmation. And register as a creditor with the administrators for anything the first two routes do not cover.
- What happens to a trip booked with Groupia before 16 June 2026?
- That depends on your individual booking and Sync Us cannot tell you. Both GoHen and StagWeb link a dedicated notice for pre-16-June bookings from their own homepages, so check there and with the administrators first. If your trip does need planning again, the group can do it here for free.
- Does Sync Us take my trip money?
- No. Sync Us is a facilitator, not a tour operator. It links your group to suppliers and you pay them direct. It never takes your trip money as principal.
