For groups left mid-plan
Your operator’s gone. Your trip doesn’t have to be.
GoHen and StagWeb stopped trading in June. If your weekend was due to depart from September, it has been cancelled and you are chasing your money back. The trip still matters. Here is a free place to plan it again, together.
What happened
Groupia Ltd, which traded as GoHen and StagWeb, entered administration on 16 June 2026. Trips due to depart from September have been cancelled. How you recover what you paid depends on how you paid it, so check with your card provider or bank and with the administrators. Your money is a matter for the administrators. Your trip is a matter for the group, and that is where we can help.
What Sync Us does instead
- One link, no account for anyone. Send it to the group. They vote, they do not sign up. The plan gets made without you chasing.
- The plan is always visible to everyone. No portal that hides the itinerary until everyone has paid. Every member sees the same plan, the cost, and who has done what.
- Your money goes to the supplier, not to us. We link you to the villa, the boat, the club, and you pay each one direct. Your deposit is never pooled with the whole group’s in an operator’s account. This is the whole point.
- Everything on one shared screen. The vote, the plan, who has booked, who owes and the links to book direct, all in the place the group already shares.
The same trip, sorted
Planning a group trip usually lands on one person, worked out across a long group chat. Line by line, here is the difference.
| The job | Sync Us | Doing it yourself |
|---|---|---|
| The plan | Everyone sees one shared screen | 200+ messages, nothing pinned |
| The decision | Everyone votes on it | The organiser guesses for the group |
| The money | Everyone pays their own, direct | One person fronts it and chases |
| The tickets | All in one shared wallet | Scattered across phones and inboxes |
| The trip | Pick your own nights and stays | A fixed package, take it or leave it |
Rebuild the trip in an afternoon
- Start a free trip and send the group one link. Nobody signs up. The dates and the destination you already agreed carry straight over.
- Rebuild the plan from what you actually wanted. Put the villa, the boat and the nights to a quick group vote so the rebooked trip is the one everyone picked.
- Book each supplier direct and keep the proof. Pay the villa, the boat and the club directly, then keep every confirmation in the shared wallet so no one is ever chasing paperwork again.
If Ibiza was the plan
We go deep. 68 real venues and activities and more than 1,700 dated 2026 nights, so the group can see what is actually on while it plans. See what’s on in Ibiza.
Questions
- Is my GoHen or StagWeb booking safe?
- Groupia Ltd, which traded as GoHen and StagWeb, entered administration on 16 June 2026. Trips due to depart from September have been cancelled. How you recover what you paid depends on how you paid it, so check with your card provider or bank and with the administrators.
- Can I get a refund?
- Your money is a matter for the administrators and your payment provider. Sync Us cannot recover an operator payment for you, but it is free to plan the trip again here. There are three routes to check, in this order. If you paid any part by credit or debit card, ask your bank about a chargeback or a Section 75 claim, quoting the administration date of 16 June 2026. If your booking paperwork names a bonding scheme such as ABTOT, claim through that scheme using the reference on your confirmation. And register as a creditor with the administrators for anything the first two routes do not cover.
- What happens to trips due to depart from September 2026?
- They have been cancelled. The trip still matters, so the group can plan it again in one place.
- Does Sync Us take my trip money?
- No. Sync Us is a facilitator, not a tour operator. It links your group to suppliers and you pay them direct. It never takes your trip money as principal.
You were left holding it. You don’t have to hold it alone.
Sync Us Limited, a UK company. We are a facilitator, not a tour operator. We help your group plan and link you to suppliers. We never take your trip money as principal.
