- Refunds
- Cancelled events refund on request within 48 hours via the point of sale. There is no general right to cancel: the 24-hour refund route applies only if you added the paid 360 Cancellation Insurance to your purchase (via help@clubtickets.com). Once the event starts, no refunds. VIP table bookings are separate and can move date or refund up to 24 hours before, 72 hours for Opening and Closing parties.
