- The name on the ticket must match the ID shown at the door.
- Lead booker
- The named booker must be there for the group to get in.
- Groups
- Unsuitable attire is refused, including body paint, fancy dress, novelty shoes and hen or stag accessories such as veils, sashes and matching t-shirts. Props and inflatables are strictly prohibited, football shirts too.
- Refunds
- Cancelling a day pass loses 100% of the booking amount. Under-18s are refused with no refund.
- Resale
- Resale or attempted resale cancels the pass, with entry refused and no refund.

- Physical photo ID only, a photo of your ID on your phone is not accepted, and it must match the named lead guest.
