Your booking rights
If, after selecting and paying for one travel service, you book additional travel services for your trip via Sync Us, you will NOT benefit from rights applying to packages under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, and Sync Us is not responsible for the proper performance of those additional travel services. If there is a problem, contact the relevant service provider.
If you book additional travel services during the same visit to Sync Us, the travel services will become part of a linked travel arrangement. You pay each provider directly and Sync Us does not take or hold your payment for these services, so there is no payment held by Sync Us to refund if Sync Us became insolvent. This does not provide a refund if the relevant service provider becomes insolvent.
